Friction, force and motion are all huge parts of the sport of curling. We offer an elementary-aged, station-based field trip exploring the sport of curling and principles of physics. This 3-hour program can accommodate up to 40 students on and off the ice and aligns with 3rd and 4th grade science curriculum.
Middle and high school students can experience a team-building learn-to-curl experience with their fellow students. This 3-hour program includes time on and off the ice learning skills and discussion strategies, then culminates in team-based competition. Week-long interim and immersive experiences are also available, culminating in a Friday morning bonspiel.
